The Association is the North East regional division of the British Veterinary Association, representing veterinary surgeons in Tyne and Wear, Northumberland, Durham, and Cleveland.
 
The North of England Veterinary Association does not provide services to the general public. Anyone with an enquiry about a sick animal should contact their own veterinary surgeon. Anyone with a general enquiry about the veterinary profession in the UK should contact the British Veterinary Association or the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons
